Outstanding contribution as a player and coach; exemplary resilience and leadership

Willem Wolleswinkel was one of the strongest, fastest, and fittest center backs in the history of Hollandse FC. Known for his athleticism and defensive presence, Willem anchored the backline with determination and grit. His playing career was cut short by a serious knee injury, requiring multiple surgeries and a long recovery for over 2 years. Despite this setback, Willem remained deeply committed to the team. Today, he serves as head coach of Hollandse FC, showing up every week with unmatched dedication and passion. Aurelien Bonnet

OGS

2025

Played EFL for over 10 years and an integral member of the team.

The Man with Four Lungs

Always ready to crack a joke, often on the edge, and sometimes mean. 😂

He runs everywhere, makes fun of everyone... and comes back to save the team.

A real poison for the opponent, a true brother on the field.

Kevin McCabe

Gaelic Lions (Rebels)

2025

Player-Manager for 5+ years, brought structure and consistency to the club.

The perfect mix of Pippo Inzaghi and Tony Cascarino in his prime. Forced to adapt his usual GAA style of standing in front of the goalkeeper to account for the offside rule, Kev led the Lions front line for over five years while doubling as team manager.

Francisco Aldair

BFA

2025

Francisco Aldair’s time with BFA may have been brief, but it was nothing short of exceptional. In his first and only season, he played a pivotal role in orchestrating the midfield, guiding the team to the EFL Plate Semifinals in our debut campaign. With 10 Player of the Match awards and multiple Player of the Month recognitions, his consistency and brilliance stood out week after week.

Unfortunately, Francisco's assignment in the country has come to an end — but the impact and legacy he leaves behind at BFA will be eternal.

Francisco was the engine and the brain of BFA’s midfield — a true maestro. With unmatched vision, pinpoint passing, and composure under pressure, he commanded the pitch and elevated those around him. His football intelligence and leadership set the tone for how we play and compete. Though his chapter with us was short, the standard he set and the inspiration he provided will live on in BFA history.

Ashley Howard

TGA Strollers

2025

Ashley Howard is a true icon of the TGA Strollers. The only player to feature in both the club’s title-winning squads of 2014 and 2025,

He is, without question, a Strollers legend.

Ash’s longevity and commitment are matched only by his flair—both on and off the pitch. A two-time Condo Cup winner and a self-declared “Best Right Back,” he’s immortalized his claim through legendary musical match reports (Best Right Back Volumes 1 and 2), delighting teammates with his wit and creativity. Beyond football, his musical talents have become part of Strollers folklore, with unforgettable live performances and timely tributes—none more memorable than his version of It's Coming Home during the 2022 World Cup. While his punctuality is occasionally undermined by dubious excuses like “supervising the gardener,” Ash’s passion, humour, and unwavering presence have made him a cornerstone of the club’s spirit

Nick ‘Scareprice’ Verrill

CBD Wanderers

2025

A true EFL legend, Nick ‘Scareprice’ Verrill has led the line for CBD Wanderers since 2014, terrorizing defenses and racking up a phenomenal 210 league goals.  Known for his lethal finishing and relentless work rate, he’s been the nightmare of defenders for over a decade.

His unforgettable nickname was born in 2017 when he became the only person in Singapore to have his FairPrice weekly shopping stolen after leaving it outside a 7-11 — a moment of misfortune that only added to his cult hero status.
